How we work

Brand photography strategy

Typical timeline: around two weeks, depending on the project’s scope and depth.

Every collaboration begins with understanding your brand — its goals, values, and visual potential.

This phase establishes the foundation of your photographic identity through a strategic and creative process that includes:

brand briefing and business goals // audience and channel analysis // a visual study of competitors and references // the definition of your photographic design and strategy: concept, treatment, tone, integrations and applications.

At the end of this phase, we deliver a comprehensive Brand Photography Dossier, outlining all visual and technical parameters.

This document can be shared across marketing, design, and communication teams, as well as with external collaborators such as photographers, designers, and community managers, ensuring visual consistency across every touchpoint.

Photography Production

Typical timeline: between two and five weeks, depending on the project’s complexity.

Phase One — Art Direction

Each production begins with a clear art direction that aligns strategy with emotion.

In this phase, we translate the brand’s photographic strategy into a tangible visual concept through:

a detailed project briefing // campaign goals // audience and channel analysis // visual study of references to refine tone, atmosphere, and narrative.

From there, we develop a creative proposal that defines the concept, aesthetic treatment, and production guidelines for the entire project.

This stage ensures that every image created is cohesive, purposeful, and true to the brand’s essence — setting the visual foundation for the shoot.

Phase Two — Production

Once the creative direction is defined, we move into production — where ideas take shape.

This phase involves careful organisation and attention to every detail to ensure that the shoot runs seamlessly and reflects the established visual concept.

Our process includes: timing and planning // technical visits and location recce // set design // props sourcing and set build // casting // equipment rentals // logistics coordination.

Each element is managed with precision and artistry, bringing together the creative team, locations, and resources needed to make the concept a reality.

Phase Three — Photoshoot

This is where everything comes to life.

During the photoshoot, we bring together a tailored team of creative professionals, each contributing their expertise to achieve the desired atmosphere and visual harmony.

Depending on the project, our team can include photography and videography, lighting specialists, model management, styling, makeup and hair, and food styling.

We oversee every detail on set — from composition and light to rhythm and mood — ensuring that each image reflects the brand’s vision with authenticity and elegance.

Phase Four — Post-production

The final stage brings polish and cohesion to every production.

Our post-production process includes photo and video editing, retouching, and file adjustments, ensuring consistency in tone, color, and atmosphere across all deliverables.

Once approved, all materials are delivered digitally, prepared for multiple formats and platforms — ready to be used in campaigns, publications, and online communication.
